What version of Pinboard are you using?
I knew this issue existed in versions 1.0.8 but they were fixed from the next release. It maybe worth just double checking thishttp://techhung.com/how-to-fix-infinite-scroll-issue-in-pinboard-theme-v1-0-8/
Also you could try installing this pluginhttp://www.kungfugrep.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/ck-pinboard-js-fix.zip that fixed issues with jquery and infinite scroll
But this really should be working. It sounds like it is another plugin causing the issues

Best way would be to deactivate all your plugins then go activate them one by one until you find the one causing the issue.
If you have thickbox plugin try that one first as this is giving erorrs on Chrome dev tools for your site.
