Posts automatically sent to specific page

Can anyone tell me, is there any way that I can have my posts automatically sent to a specific page on my website without having to manually add an image and article excerpt through the edit page function on one of my webpages?

For example, if I want to write a new article about Manchester United and want it to appear alongside my other articles in the Sports > Football page that is on my website’s navigation menu bar at the top, is there a way to have it automatically sent to that place without having to manually insert an image and article excerpt every time so I don’t need to think about image alignment and things of that nature?

Any hints and tips would be greatly appreciated.

My theme is Tempera v1.0.1.1 if that helps.
