Lost password reset is handled by the user-profile shortcode. The plugin setting for User Profile URL is what creates the lost password link.

Thank you. That worked great! I am seeing an issue with the way that it looks on the page though. On Firefox it looks fine but on Chrome the password text is split really funny on two different lines. Is there any way this can be fixed?

The answer to that is highly dependent on the stylesheet and the theme you are using – it’s a CSS issue. There is more than one stylesheet with the plugin, and you can create your own. Alternatively, you can apply some css to your theme stylesheet to move things around, too.
