wordpress import

hi

i am using multisite and i am Export xml file from site 1 and import this
to site 2 all the files, page , images, post, are import[i can see them] but them not active on my site when i look at my site it blank

i click tools> import > WordPress > choose file > i keep the form[or create new user with login name] blank > and active the check box > submit
