plugin doesnt work after last update

    used to work fine, after last upgrade getting error:

    Warning: is_dir() [function.is-dir]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/myuser/:/tmp:/var/tmp:/usr/local/lib/php/) in /home/myuser/domains/mydomain.com/public_html/h/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1425

    please advise how to fix ?
