Thank you very much for your interesting question. Althought our plugin is compatible with WPMU, I have just re-tested it on WordPress MultiUsers for sure. As a result, Everything is working well, so IG Page Builder is compatible with WPMU , requiring WordPress 3.8 or higher, and now you can install and use the latest IG PAGE BUILDER (2.3.1) immediately.
PS: Besides that it is safer if you can back up your database before installing any kind of wordpress plugins.

Thank you I have downloaded but one more question before using it.
As I am new to WordPress and have Jupiter theme from artbees (drag and drop editor) and have downloaded your IG page builder as I think it’s easier to use but in your plugin settings I’m not sure about Bootstrap JS and CSS? Should I uncheck them both? Please can you tell me before I begin? Thank you.

In my opinion, it will be better if Bootrap JS and Css file are activated because it can help your content created by IG Page Builder to be responsive. In addition, elements look smoother with Css.

Thankyou for your reply but my question was my Jupiter theme is already a responsive theme therefore I don’t want it to clash so was asking for advice in relation to the settings.

Thank you for your quick reply, you should choose NOT to load Bootstrap CSS / JS if your theme or some other plugin installed on your website already loaded it. In order to know whether or not your theme or your other activated plugins has Bootstrap css/ js, you simply view page source.
