Admin approval on "Your name as shown"

Hi, is it possible to have an admin approval with a 30 day change limit on the “Your name as shown” section of the “Profile Details” area?

The simple reason being, I don’t want members to be chopping and changing names all the time.

Any help would be great on this, thanks.

Just in case it isn’t clear on what I am asking:
>> 30 day change limit – A user can only change “Your name as shown” once every 30 days
>> Admin approval – Admin have to approve the change of “Your name as shown”
