New installation unresponsive

Hi there,
I have been struggling for some time with the following issue for my website musicvideodeejay.com : Ever since I installed wordpress (on Dreamhost through one-click install) I have not been able to do anything. I can log in but when I click on “Customize” the page that opens is unresponsive. It is a completely clean new install with nothing installed or changed (also no plugins).

Troubleshooting done so far:
I have reinstalled but the issue remains.
I have tested the issue with the theme I purchsed (Made) and with the standard twenty fourteen theme. Both have the same issue.
I have tested the issue on various computers. All have the same issue.
I have tested on IE, Chrome and Firefox -the issue remains the same.

What may cause the issue and how can I solve this?
