[Theme: Skeleton] Getting rid of Responsive Element

Hello all,

I was just creating a website using the Skeleton Framework theme: http://themes.simplethemes.com/skeleton/

I want to remove the responsive component of the theme but am having no luck with accomplishing the goal. It would be very much appreciated if someone could help out!
