Issues with slide navigation

    I really like this slideshow plugin!

    However, I noticed that when I try to navigate by clicking the Previous button, or by a clicking a previous slide in the pagination, the current slide remains, and the slideshow will not respond for a few seconds. Eventually, it will catch up to where the current slide position is, and resume normally.

    The Next button and pagination seem to work just fine though. The issue only happens for me when I try to go to a previous slide.

    I checked the inline CSS that is controlling the display of the slides and discovered that the z-index and top properties don’t seem to be updating properly whenever the issue occurs.

    Is this a known issue, or is it unique to me?

    I had the same problem when using the new “Cross Fade” option for slide scrolling. I changed to any other option and worked like charm.
    Try it. And tell us
    I think that is the problem. And I suppose the author of this very good plug in, is aware of it.

    Hi rkarafylla,

    Your solution worked! I was using the Cross Fade transition. I switched to Direct Fade and can now navigate the slides without a glitch.
