My database was completely broken at import
I had very few tables, and some servmask tables.

Skipped to wp migrate db instead
worked like a charm!

Do you by chance have 2 wordpress installs in the same database?

I have this same problem. I just imported only my plugins and template and now the site doesn’t work at all.
