Don't see my format bar

    It’s been a while, but I can’t seem to see my format bar/text bar (you know the one you can put your text bold, underline, etc..) at the top when I want to write a new post on my blog. I can’t even click on the tap “visual” or “text”. When I write an article my text appears white, I have to select it to see what I’ve written. And today, it seems that I can’t add pictures. I’m getting frustrated. Anyone can help with this?

    Are you using the latest WordPress version?
    Did you try to deactivate your plugins?

    I did try to deactivate my plugins but I didn’t see a difference.
    Its says that I have the latest version of WordPress but at the same time it’s telling me that I have an update to do. And each time I do the update for the new WordPress version, when it’s done it’s still telling that I have an update to do.

    Lower of two formatting bars is missing – the one that had font style (paragraph, header, etc) and colour, and some other stuff in it

    Just updated everything

    Whoops, and apologies. After wasting much of my own and then your time, I have just found the toolbar toggle.

    Much embarrassment and shame.
