Problem with test/delivered/open email

    Hi Stefano,
    I’ve a little problem with the delivered email.
    I’m doing exactly the same step I’ve ever done, but the last newsletter didn’t work.
    I’ve two different groups (divided by Subscriber preferences), one with 7 contacts, the other with 83.

    I can read that the engine has sent all the newsletter to my contacts, but 0 email are opened by the group of 83 contacts, while it works fine with the others.

    Now i’m trying to send a new newsletter and i’ve done the “test delivering”.. nothing received, even if in “Who will received it” I don’t check any “Subscriber Preference”

    Do you have an idea?

    May be your mail server is blocking your email for some reason. The test must work. If the test work with the other newsletter you should ask the provider while one is blocked.

    Try to remove, one by one, images for the not sent newsletter and test it. Try to remove even the links.
