Placing ads above header – theme?

    Hi.

    I’m using Weaver II and can’t insert an ad banner above the header. Am using the free version.

    Is there a theme or plugin that makes it easy to do this? I have Ad Injection too and it only lets me place ads in the posts, sidebar and footer.
