adjusting menu size

Hey guys,

Quite a simple one hopefully…

-I would like to remove the shadow from the menu text.
-Also would like any basic code for menu manipulation. The main thing I want to do is standardise the size of the menu buttons and then be able to set that size.
-If you could also tell me how to make the menu buttons fit the full width of the menu bar that would be a massive plus!
