What default playlist? There are no playlists by default in WordPress.

You see, i use an Arabic version of WordPress so will try my best to translate what i say properly:
When I go to a (new post) i see an icon right above the area where i can write my post. that icon is for media and images. when i click on it, it takes my to a pop up window where i can choose a picture or any sound track to post it. Now, beside this, there is three categories which are:
create a gallery
create a sound list player
create a video sound player
even in the new features in the 3.9.1 version, it says Now you can easily create your own playlist right away for your your post pannel.

What file formats are you using? Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Fourteen theme with all plugins deactivated?
the format is mp3. and more surprisingly the my sound tracks are playing well in the admin panel, but when i go to the website nothing is there.

The posts are stored in your database – not in any theme. Just go to Appearance -> Themes and switch to the 2014 theme.
