Need to remove " in widget

Thank you for this plugin! It’s awesome.

One problem that I can’t seem to resolve is a quotation mark showing up in the background of my testimonials widget, as seen here on a site in development – http://wirebirdmedia.com/tmtconst/helpful-tips/interviewing-the-contractor/

I have checked disable_quotes but it doesn’t solve the problem.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
