Retreiving the Character Set

    Hi all,

    I’ve been working on making a plugin and wondering if there is a way to retrieve the character set, like UTF-8, ISO, of the blog.

    I use international languages espacially those involve multibyte characters whihch often involve to specify the character set to perform the code properly.

    If you know the way, it would be greatly appreciated.
