Can't change subject line?

    Hi — I’m very pleased with the plugin for the most part, but I’m having trouble getting the subject line of the automated welcome to newly created users to change from “Your username and password.” I can get the subject line to change if I create a regular message, but then I can’t place the users’ usernames and passwords in the message using the percent-sign tags.

    Am I doing something wrong, or is this just a combination (a welcome message with dynamic text AND a custom subject line) that’s not possible with SB Welcome Mail Editor?
