Comment Box Not showing up

Hello,

So my comment boxes aren’t showing up in any of my posts. I have made sure that they’re enabled in screen options, discussions, and settings. Also on each page the comments are allowed.

I deleted all plugins then reinstalled them one by one but it made no difference. I also checked my theme, the 2011 theme, 2012 theme, and 2014 theme. The comment box wasn’t in any of them.

Any help?
