Page Speed and Query Strings

I have been working on page speed issues as well and found that This worked for removing query strings:

I am still having issues myself with Total Cache not compressing CSS files, Parallelize downloads across host names and Combine external JavaScript. Does anyone have any advice. I have found that on some sites if I remove Total Cache it fixes all page speed but not for the site I am working on now which is
