Cant fix Error establishing a database connection

I have the latest everything installed on my site. It was working fine last night. Now today I went to go to my site and now all I get is a “Error establishing a database connection” error for all pages expect home.cpanal is work and i tried to fix it from config database user name,password,host and all is right but it still not open expect home

please help!!!!!
