cURL communication error 60

    I have been using “add link to facebook” plug in for about a year with no problems, but am now getting this error: cURL communication error 60 SSL certificate problem, verify that the CA cert is OK

    I see the error in the documentation but no advice on how to fix the problem.
    Can anyone help me fix this?
