New Posts Not Getting Index & Sitemap Error

Hello,

None of the latest post/new posts not getting indexed by Google or any serach engine. In addition to this, after updating sitemap plugin, the sitemap is totally changed..as you can see in the image below (click on link)http://twitpic.com/e3ay08
