WordPress articles help me

when i go in my Cpanel i see that CPU Usage is very high processing all time CPU Usage 100 / 100 % and Entry Processes 20 / 20 even if i don’t have many visitors same time. i attached for you one pic about this
every time my blog stopped and show me this message:
Resource Limit Is Reached
The website is temporarily unable to service your request as it exceeded resource limit. Please try again later.
now I knew what the exact problem .. I’ve re-installation my WordPress blog without the articles and plugins I looked at the CPanel no consumption of resources and its very good .. but when i import all my Blog articles only increased consumption of resources has become and all red ????
that mean the problem is with articles ?
What is the reason for this problem and how the solution ..
Please help me because the Monthly Bandwidth Transfer has been 67.39 GB / 100 GB now and my site will stopped any time and i must wait to the beginning of next month . Please help me. thanks
