• I’m still trying to work out why this is an automated feature rather than an “opt in” feature? I’ve already had it break one site due to a plugin conflict, which lucky I was able to rectify since I had backed up the site on a monthly basis. But with the very common issue of plugin conflicts when updating why oh why have they added this to the core?? The number one advice I give to any client who seems likely to want to do their own updates is BACK UP EVERYTHING FIRST!
