Plugin activation answers with 500 – Internal server error

Hello,
if i activate the plugin i got this error:
500 – Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

I know that the activation NextGen gallery triggers this error.

Can anypone give me a hint what i should do?
I´ve already renamed the .htacccess file, and saved the config/ permalinks new.
phpinfo gives me this information:

memory_limit : 128 MB
open_basedir : C:/Inetpub/vhosts/domain\;C:\Windows\Temp\

I´ve used on other server this plugin and i want to use it now on the new server like before.

Where i have to made changes or the Serverhoster?
