    Your host machines IP address has changed – this would be done by your ISP or Hosting company.

    Switch the mode back to simulator and that should tell you the IP SagePay believes you are using and compare that with your live ip addresses set in the SagePay Live VSP.

    Thank you I have done that but my server IP was in sage pay as: 217.199.187.670

    so i’ve updated to:

    217.199.187.67

    But no change? still coming up with the same error?

    Right I’ve updated the subnet mask and all working – Thank you so much for your speedy response you have literally saved me from alot of pain! xxx
