Upload Pictures Title in Firefox

When I upload a picture, WP puts the contents of the title field into the alt= tag for the image, but Firefox uses the title= tag for the picture caption. So for it to work properly in Firefox, the title should get placed in a title= tag too.

I’m not sure where to post this, but I’m suggesting that in the next version this gets added to the code for uploading pictures.
