I have the same problem as another user seeing the details.
When I select Security, Logs, File Change History The information is squashed to the right. Hear is a screen shot of it:
I have installed iThemes Security ver. 4.1.5 Wordpress ver. 3.9

I have updated to ver. 4.2.2. It mentions in the change log that this has been fixed. I still see the same problem.
NOTE: the screen shot in the above link is viewable by clicking on any blue text. I have no idea why the web site did that.
