Doesn't work with Woocommerce anymore

Dear support,

Since WordPress 3.8 the plugin doesn’t seem to work with Woocommerce products anymore. As can be seen in the following screenshot (I have a total of 701 products): https://flic.kr/p/ntSjr5

Next to that, in the backend, it also doesn’t display the products anymore which are assigned to multiple categories (I think this is because of the changed menu_order by the plugin) as can be seen in the next screenshot: https://flic.kr/p/nehg2K

I have a total of 701 products, and despite the fact I didn’t use any filters it only displays 512. All the products that are assigned to multiple categories are unfindable in the admin.
