Broken Pulldowns & Popups with 2.0.6

As with others on here, I am having problems with 2.0.6 and entering data / changing settings.

Here is what’s wrong:

1. Unable to edit any of the calendar theme settings. The titles for the tabs are there – but no editable fields. See screenshot: http://www.essexham.co.uk/images/ai1ec-bug02.jpg

2. Unable to change any of the settings – The titles for the pulldowns are there – but no editable fields. See screenshot: http://www.essexham.co.uk/images/ai1ec-bug03.jpg

3. Unable to edit any of the date/time settings for new or existing events – No pop-ups, can’t edit. I’ve raised this as a seperate issue, but for completeness, here’s the screensot: See screenshot: http://www.essexham.co.uk/images/ai1ec-bug01.jpg – PHP error string is

So – unable to change any settings or add / edit any entries. 2.0.5 was OK, but 2.0.6 isn’t. Here’s what I;ve tried:

A rollback to 2.0.5 hasn’t helped.
Tried with other plug-ins disabled
Tried reinstall of 2.0.6
Tried disable / enable of the plugin

Would really appreciate some suggestions, as calendar no longer usable.
