youre using a version that is vulnerable to a whole host of exploits, most of which are easily located on the net.

Both sound advice.
As for the error itself, you have a bunch of leading new lines or carriage returns at the top of your feed.
Check any recently edited files or recently added plugins for extra spaces or newlines before the opening <?php or after the closing ?>. Delete any of those newlines.
