Calendar Plugin needed

    can anyone recommend a suitable calendar plugin for my needs?

    it needs to have an admin access that allows the entering of holidays/sickness and locations of staff (the latter colour coded to show confirmed and unconfirmed postings) and be viewable to selected staff.

    it will just need the ability for admin to enter name, email, event, notes and location for the appropriate staff member.

    its essentially to inform staff of their colleagues whereabouts and enable them to be contacted if needed.

    Have you searched the plugin repository. There are literally dozens of calendar plugins.

    Perhaps what you need, however, is more of a scheduling plugin.

    yes ive looked at all the calendar / scheduling / appointment plugins but nothing seems suitable, they all seem tailored towards business appointments.
