• Hi everyone,

I have recently switched to a Media Temple. I managed to get my site working and everything is fine except that my Intouch Plugin (contact form) is not working. It just not loading or refreshing the page.

Anyone has experienced this or have a solution? I even tried to setup a new WP site on Media Temple and installed the original Intouch plugin again, but no luck.

I also tried Ryan’s WP Contact plugin but for some reason, these two plugins do not work on Media Temple at all. Could it be the host setting or PHP issue?

    Help please. Thanks.

  • Do you have access to your httpd or PHP error logs? Anything suspicious in there?

No, I couldn’t find anything there… anyone knows?

I think I’ve found the issue. With Media Temple (SS) hosting plan, PHP Safe Mode is “on” by default thus some of the PHP functions are not working.

If you are also having upload premission issues with Media Temple, this could be the reason too.

I’m upgrading to GS hosting plan.. hope this will fix the issue.

I’m having this same issue with the Grid Server on (mt). I’ve contacted their technical support team and they are still trying to figure out the problem.

Has anyone else resolved this issue? If not I’ll post an update when I get it resolved.

After over a week of troubleshooting I got this response from Media Temple in regards to the “intouch”, and “contact ][” form plugins.
