    Hello,

We are having a problem with our Facebook share button. The button has an app_id and we don’t know where it comes from. It is preventing shares from getting to Facebook when the ‘Share Link’ button is pressed. With the app_id in place, the submits into Facebook result in a 500 internal server error. If we manually remove the app_id from the url of the popup, then the ‘Share Link’ button works flawlessly.

Does anyone have an idea where this app_id comes from and how we can remove it?

The share button itself is fine. Any idea how to deal with the 500 internal server errors when submitting with the ‘Share Link’ button on the following popup?

could you please send to support at e-mailit dot com a screenshot in which clearly indicate what link is exactly responsible for that error?

FB share button must work fine now. Please have a try and let us know if everything is ok. If not, try to refresh your browser first.
