    This is new to me not sure when the user bar was introduced.
    Could be me my mistake caused by other plugins added.

    Negatives:
    For subscriber users the top bar WordPress logo link is confusing. I would like to edit this and add my own links to pages explaining WordPress. Or at least help pages for my website subscribers.

    Temp solution used the adminimize plugin to block the WordPress logo and links for my users.

    I’m sorry the bar should be optional enabled in the settings. Massive mistake here.

    Positives:
    Under admin its a great quick link to WordPress for solutions and news.

    Huge fan of WordPress but would love a basic minimal version of WordPress move everything to plugins.

    You can disable the bar for frontend view from plugin or theme function by adding add_filter(‘show_admin_bar’, ‘__return_false’);
