Flags gone missing?

Hi. I have no idea how this can happen. I’m the only person to best of my knowledge with ftp access. My site was working fine with mqtranslate a couple of hours ago. I’ve gone to visit it now and the two languages I have my site in their flags have gone from the flags folder. Any ideas??
