Scripts Suddenly Stopped Working

Here’s a fun one. I’ve been transferring a site from Joomla to WordPress. Everything was working great and without touching the scripts or anything, everything related to any of the scripts stopped working – the slider, the rotating “Who We’ve Helped” section (should be fading in and out different links), and the “What We Do” tabs (should have content in them and operate like tabs). I’ve never seen anything like this.

I’m sure it’s something super-simple, but I’ve gone through all the WP troubleshooting – checked file locations, fixed any errors, disabled plugins, tried a new theme, etc short of a new install and I’m getting nowhere. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks so much!
