Issue with Visia theme

    Hello,

    I recently purchased the theme visia and I can not upload photos in the gallery creation tool.
    I think it’s the simplest thing to do and iam unable to do it, dragging the files or by going directly on the folders i want, nothing works.

    I’m working on a mac, but I also tried on the last windows version and nothing works.

    Please help, thank you in advance

    Is there any way you could contact your theme’s vendors about this?

    I’ve send an email to the theme’s vendor and am still waiting for a response.

    It’s weird, i really don’t understand the issue
