not sure if i should cut and paste the div or if i need to add another </div> or what

you have to click on the regular navigation bar to see it it doesnt appear on the homepage

unfortunately, you are using a commercial theme which makes it virtually impossible for the members of this forum to check how your theme handles the menu, and why the top menu appears on the inner pages.

please contact the theme’s developers for support with your question.
