    This issue is being addressed in the next release, due any day now: http://www.wordfence.com/blog/

    This is a minor maintenance release. The changes in this release are:

    Fix: Removed mysql_real_escape_string because it’s deprecated. Using WP’s internal escape.
    Fix: Wordfence issues list would be deleted halfway through scan under certain conditions.
    Fix: Connection tester would generate php error under certain conditions.

    @fesarlis When you posted this the fix for the issue was in beta testing already and we had already published the fact that we’d fixed it on our blog:

    The fix was released 24 hours ago after our beta testers approved it and is in the current version.
