    Have you purchased the multi-agent addon? Without it, only one agent is allowed to chat.

    Yes we bought it by the email ayosef@ccinursing.com
    we added multiple already.
    we defined time slots and selected Anyone for all slots.
    but what’s happening is that only one agent can see chats while others cannot.

    Are the “Active” checkboxes checked on the Agents page?

    Would you mind inviting dallas@excitecreative.ca to the WP Admin area?
