custom footer css

    I am using the 2014 theme and need to add a custom footer. I have jetpack installed and am hoping to just modify the CSS. I do not want to have to create a child theme. Can someone help me with the code I need to add? I would like the footer to look like the footer on this website http://almontagainstcancer.org

    I would also like to change the blog to be centered instead of left on the screen. How do I do this?

    I am doing this website and blog pro-bono so I cannot afford to pay for the code. I appreciate any help anyone can supply. Warm regards,
