Problems after 3.9 upgrade

After upgrading to 3.9 I have the following problems with the plugin:
1# on logout user is redirecting to logout page but user is not logged out;
2# register and lost password on logout page not working (if clicked user is redirected on the same page)
This is on a multisite install.
