IE layout problem

Mozilla layout is fine, but in IE my sidebar appears below the content. Also, the content is centered off to the left side. (off the white part of the page). Also, bullets show up like “<!–[if !supportLists]–>· <!–[endif]–>” and starting with the sixth post down, the text gets really big and continues big when the side bar starts after the content.
