Cannot Log Into WordPress

I’ve been trying to sort this issue out for over 12 hours! I created a new site and it looked great, but now – I’ve deleted everything and need to remove WordPress (I’ve deleted the associated WP files) and have even deleted the database from my host. When I try to install WordPress again (I’m on Namesco using Apache) – I can’t get to the log-in screen. If I type pets-in-pencil.com/wp-admin in my browser it brings up a Namesco screen?

Can anyone please help me? I feel like a total idiot!
