Unsure where to post Beta testing information, if not here please advise, but here goes:
By the time I received the e-mail and downloaded, my test set-up on XAMPP had updated to WordPress Alpha 4.0. No problem with the installation and writing to .htaccess. Tried enabling the Basic Caching and Falcon Engine, retrieving a copy of .htaccess before each change. I found that on Scanning was normal Could not do any meaningful testing of the page loading speeds. After playing with it and using the Falcon Engine, checked Get Cache Stats, but there was only 1 file in the cache.On my sites using WordPress 3.9 using the present Wordfence 5.0.3, I tried Basic Cache and Falcon Engine, but .htaccess was not writeable and I don’t want to change that until I see more reports. Basic Caching and Falcon Engine is wrong, it said: Problem disabling caching. We could not disable caching….
