Search widget not showing

I’m trying to put the Jetpack search widget to my sidebar. I had it there before, but now when add it, the space is just blank.

Anyone know why this may be happening? How to get it to show up again?

If I can’t fix Jetpack search, another search widget/plugin recommendation?
