two instances layout

hi, i rreally apreciate what you’ve been doing. this is a great plugin…

and i have two questions about it… this is the site where i am working right now: felixfuenzalida.com

first: got two instances of the form in the site, one as a widget in the footer and the other in the homepage. both i need to do some changes.

one of this changes is to translate to spanish, but when i change the texts in the forms.php file, it won’t work anymore…

second: the layout of the forms i need to change it too, this is an example of how i need it in the homepage… example

again, i can’t find how to change this layout, because the forms will render dinamically…
